My wife and I are always on the lookout for another downed barn; on our way kayaking, or just out for a ride. It has become an adventure, like a scavenger hunt.
I sort through the wood carefully, to make sure it will work for the frames you want. The wood does come in varying thicknesses, textures and heaviness. Some clients like the wood to be very rustic, with nails and knots left in the wood; some clients prefer more pristine wood. This is all your choice, I will do whatever you prefer.
If, this is your decor at home, these frames will really highlight a picture. Even if you have a more "modern" decor, my frames are great for any wildlife, or scenery pictures.
